PureLife Medi-Spa Practice Policy Regarding COVID 19

Dear Friends,

In accordance with Gov. Ron DeSantis’ executive order to prohibit all hospitals, surgery centers and doctor’s offices from doing non-essential elective medical procedures (in order to conserve supplies amid the coronavirus pandemic), PureLife Medi-Spa is temporarily closed until further notice. However, we are available at Dr. Fitzgerald’s Family Practice (adjacent to PureLife) if you need us.

Our staff is working remotely to still assist you during the office closure. Our priority upon re-opening our doors will be treating patients whose upcoming appointments have been postponed as a result of our closing. We will be calling patients this week to discuss further.
