What is ThermiVa?

How does IT work?

ThermiVa technology uses radiofrequency energy to gently heat the tissue of the vaginal walls. During treatment, a wand-like handpiece is used to treat the area. The procedure takes approximately 15-30 minutes, and it is recommeded that for best results, patients undergo three sessions one month apart and a fourth treatment six months afterwards.

ThermiVa's state-of-the-art handpiece works by increasing blood flow to the area. This in turn, stimulates new collagen growth, tightening the vaginal and vulvar areas. It can improve both interior and exterior tissue. It not only relieves dryness, but also improves sexual satisfaction for the patient. Another benefit of this procedure is it's ability to improve common symptoms of stress urinary incontinence.
