We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector with a minimum 1 year experience injection in the Aesthetic Medical Industry to join our growing team. Job Duties:
Experience with Injections (Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, etc.) is a must.
- Perform aesthetic treatments and consultations including, but not limited to ablative & non-ablative laser skin treatments, Platelet Rich Fibrin, Morpheus8, skin rejuvenation and Injectables such as Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, Sculptra, etc.
- Review each patient’s medical record and chart prior to and post treatment
- Ensure effective patient care through the implementation of established clinical practice standards, standardized procedures, communication of treatment protocols, and training
- Provide consistent professional injectable and laser treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
- Effectively inform and educate clients about specific wellness concerns
- Conduct consultations with patients to determine best treatments for their desired outcome and create a plan of care
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered
- Prepare and mix neuromodulators as needed
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
- Perform prep work, properly clean and restock room as required
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
- Cross promote all the services that the spa has to offer (i.e. facials, skin care, body sculpting, pdo threads, prf)
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
- Regularly attend support training and staff meetings for the spa
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management
Qualifications:
- 1-year minimum experience as an Aesthetic Injector which a of knowledge of injectables and techniques
- Have a valid ARNP or PA License in the state of Florida
- Experience with Family Practice Medicine would be a plus
- Experience in administering Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers
- Laser experience, Morpheus8, PRF knowledge a plus
- Detail oriented, organized multi-tasker
- Be dependable, flexible, reliable, motivated and punctual
- Able to travel for training and/or work purposes
